What you need to do:
- Maintain and fix problems with hardware, software, and network tools to make sure they work at their best.
- Help the staff with technical issues by answering their questions and quickly fixing IT problems.
- Set up and install computer systems, software, and networks.
- Keep an eye on and control the system's speed while doing regular backups and changes.
- Make sure the company's IT system is safe by following best practices and taking care of firewalls, antivirus software, and data protection.
- Work with teams from different departments to carry out IT projects and make changes.
- Write down IT processes, technology problems, and how they were fixed so you can look back on them later.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining company tools and hardware.
What's needed:
- At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar area.
- Working as an IT specialist or in a similar job for a while is a must.
- Strong understanding of how to set up networks and operating systems (Windows, Mac, 8 Ball Pool and Linux).
- The ability to find and fix problems with both hardware and software.
- Knowledge of how to use cloud computer services and keep your data safe.
- Very good at fixing problems and paying close slope game attention to details.
- Strong speaking skills and the ability to help people who aren't tech-savvy understand technical ideas.
- Be able to work both alone and with others.
