Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment geometry dash lite Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, and helping improve our hiring process. This is an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and our career site.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates.
  • Update and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Help with employer branding activities (e.g., LinkedIn, job fairs).
  • Conduct market research on hiring trends and competitor practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and recruitment planning sessions.
  • Support onboarding processes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job platforms is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
