The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Assistant to manage our growing user community and assist with daily operational tasks. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone looking to contribute to a cutting-edge AI technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage engagement across Fanch AI's community channels (e.g., Discord, forums, social media).
• Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries, offering helpful and prompt support.
• Assist with routine operational tasks, including data entry, content scheduling, and documentation updates.
• Gather user feedback on new features and report key insights back to the product development team.
• Contribute to the creation of simple instructional content (FAQs, tutorials) for the Fanch AI platform.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management or customer support, preferably for a SaaS or technology product.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with AI generative tools (image, video, or audio) is a significant advantage.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
