Job Overview
As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and onboard exceptional candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while working in a collaborative, tech-driven environment. You’ll work closely with our HR team to streamline hiring processes and contribute to building a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and university job boards to source and engage potential candidates for various roles.
  • Job Posting Management: Assist in drafting, posting, and updating job advertisements across multiple channels to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Resume Screening: Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who align with job requirements and company culture.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
  • Employer Branding: Support HR in creating engaging content for social media and career pages to showcase our company culture (e.g., highlighting our annual "Geometry Wave Challenge" gaming tournament for employees).
  • Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding tasks, such as preparing offer letters and organizing new-hire orientations.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring strategies to enhance our recruitment approach.
Qualifications
  • Education: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (junior or senior preferred).
