Job Description:
BrightStar Retail & Distribution Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and representing the company’s products and brand in a professional manner. This position is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Maintain product displays and ensure a clean, organized sales area
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or B2B sales
  • Bilingual skills (English–Spanish) are an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
