Job Description:
ABC Financial Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Staff member to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting with reporting and compliance. This role is suitable for candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in accounting within a professional and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting systems
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Assist with audits and provide required documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and basic tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA certification or progress toward CPA is a plus
  • Experience working in a corporate or public accounting environment
  • Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
