Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Educate customers about our products and services, providing guidance and support.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and escalate issues as needed.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute to the development of customer support resources and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required.
