Diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment.
Log and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and firewalls, under supervision.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up or deactivating accounts and devices.
Escalate complex issues to second-line or specialist teams as necessary.
Document procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
Assist in IT inventory management and asset tracking.
Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
