Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced ISO 22000 Consultants in Bangalore to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) in line with ISO 22000 standards for diverse clients in the food and beverage industry. This role requires a thorough understanding of food safety regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to guide clients through compliance and certification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 22000-compliant Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement in existing processes.
  • Develop customized documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and work instructions.
  • Provide training and workshops on ISO 22000 requirements, HACCP principles, and other food safety practices.
  • Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 22000 standards and prepare clients for external certification audits.
  • Stay updated with changes in food safety regulations and standards to provide accurate and effective guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with ISO 22000 requirements and client goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports and action plans to address non-conformities and enhance system performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in ISO 22000 or HACCP (Lead Auditor/Implementer preferred).
  • Proven experience in implementing and auditing ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and training.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
