Core Responsibilities
1. Technical SEO & Site Architecture
- Conduct comprehensive audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals) for our multi-language site (EN/IT/ES/DE)
- Optimize JavaScript-renderored product catalog pages; implement dynamic XML sitemaps for 2,000+ SKUs
- Deploy medical-specific Schema markup (Product, Offer, Certification, Review) to trigger rich snippets
- Resolve duplicate content issues from compatible/OEM product variations
2. SERP CTR Optimization (High Priority)
- Rewrite Title Tags using our formula: [Model] + [Application] | [Certification] - MED LINKET
- Craft conversion-focused Meta Descriptions highlighting MOQ, bulk pricing, FDA/CE badges, and inventory status
- A/B test snippets via Google Search Console; target CTR >2% within 90 days for top 50 products
- Implement BreadcrumbList Schema to enhance URL hierarchy in SERPs
3. Medical B2B Content Strategy
- Map search intent for two buyer personas: Procurement Managers (model-specific) and Biomedical Engineers (compatibility-focused)
- Create comparison content: "MAX-N vs. Nellcor OEM: 5-Year Cost Analysis for Hospitals"
- Develop trust-building assets: compatibility matrices, FDA 510(k) documentation hubs, hospital case studies
- Optimize for long-tail keywords: "5 Lead ECG Placement"
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Own GA4 and Google Search Console; build custom dashboards tracking organic lead value (not just traffic)
- Monitor queries with >1,000 impressions and <0.5% CTR; prioritize by revenue potential
- Report weekly on keyword ranking changes, rich snippet appearance rates, and organic quote requests
5. Link Building & Authority Building
- Execute white-hat outreach to medical device review sites, hospital procurement directories, and clinical equipment forums
- Convert unlinked brand mentions (e.g., e-cigarette-forum.com, batterydesign.net in our pending submissions) into authoritative backlinks
- Manage domain whitelist applications for ad blocker and network security platforms
Required Qualifications
