Technical Team Lead

In the role of Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for the technical direction of our game development projects. You will work with a team of developers, collaborating with designers and project managers to ensure the high quality and timely delivery of our games. Our last lare project is Reactoonz kostenlos spielen. It is just one of the exciting opportunities we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and implementation of games.
  • Oversee technical architecture and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role in game development.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, or Java.
  • Experience with game engines, preferably Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Deep understanding of game mechanics and user experience, especially regarding titles like Reactoonz.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
