Senior Content Designer

Job Description:
- Design and develop high-quality content for the company's apps, websites, and digital platforms.
- Research and deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations to create engaging, useful, and compatible content.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.
- Continuously improve and optimize content based on user feedback and performance analytics.
- Oversee and manage a team of content specialists.
- Propose and implement creative content initiatives to increase user engagement and experience.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, technologies, and best practices in the content domain.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of the content strategy and roadmap.
- Mentor and develop the skills of junior content designers on the team.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a content designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and content strategy
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in content management tools and technologies
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven content optimization
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Passion for creating engaging, user-friendly digital experiences 
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
