Pin Badges is looking for a skilled Pin Maker to join our production team. As a Senior Pin Maker, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality custom pins, ensuring that each piece meets our company’s standards for detail and durability. This role requires hands-on experience in pin design, production, and finishing, along with a passion for creating unique products.

As a Senior Pin Maker, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality custom pins, ensuring that each piece meets our company’s standards for detail and durability. This role requires hands-on experience in pin design, production, and finishing, along with a passion for creating unique products.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of custom pin production, from design to final finish.
- Work with different materials such as enamel, die-cast, and metal plating.
- Train and guide junior pin makers to maintain consistency in quality.
- Ensure all pins are manufactured to meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor equipment and tools to keep them in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pin Maker or in a similar role in jewelry, badges, or accessories manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.
- Knowledge of pin design, cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to manage production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Team leadership experience is an advantage.
