About the Role
The Senior Content Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels. This role combines creativity with strong leadership and analytical skills to oversee content planning, production, distribution, and performance measurement.
You’ll lead a team of writers, editors, and designers while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and SEO teams to ensure all content aligns with business goals and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the content strategy across web, social media, email, blogs, and other platforms.
  • Lead a team of content creators and manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Plan and oversee creation of long-form and short-form content, including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, whitepapers, scripts, and video content.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search visibility and lead generation.
  • Partner with design, product, and social media teams to ensure content consistency across all channels.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Stay updated on content trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial management, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading a content team and managing complex content projects.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content analytics.
  • Proficiency in CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot), and content planning tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Airtable).
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic execution.
