The Opportunity:
Robel, Kunde and Pfeffer and Sons is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment efforts. This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of our workforce, ensuring we attract, engage, and onboard the exceptional individuals who will drive our innovation and uphold our values. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director of Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in developing and executing a world-class talent acquisition strategy aligned with our ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports Robel, Kunde and Pfeffer and Sons' long-term business goals, growth projections, and cultural values.
  • Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and role definition to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Champion and enhance Robel, Kunde and Pfeffer and Sons' employer brand, leveraging various channels (social media, career sites, industry events) to position us as an employer of choice.
  • Sourcing Innovation: Drive the adoption of innovative sourcing methodologies, technologies, and platforms to attract a diverse pipeline of passive and active candidates across all levels and functions.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Develop and implement strategies to ensure our recruitment processes are equitable, inclusive, and successful in attracting diverse talent pools.
  • Talent Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to analyze recruitment metrics, google doodle baseball, identify trends, forecast talent needs, measure ROI, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ATS providers, and other talent acquisition vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal service delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, staying abreast of industry best practices.
