The Role
We're seeking a full-time senior content designer to join our team, building products that help private practices easily accept insurance. This is a user experience and product writing role—not a copywriting, content marketing, or technical writing position.

At SimplePractice, content designers:
  • use language and design thinking to solve complex problems
  • make our products easier to navigate and more effective for our customers
  • advocate for user needs and drive business value

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to long-term strategy for the insurance billing side of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product suite
  • Partner with product design, product management, and engineering to design product content for clinicians, to make it easier to accept insurance, file claims, and get paid
  • Leverage research findings, data insights, and customer feedback to create clear, concise information experiences that help product users reach their goals 
  • Align with design system, marketing, and customer success teams to create a consistent experience throughout the user journey that meets a high bar for product quality

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a content designer, UX writer, or product content strategist 
  • Strong UX skills, with work samples that highlight problems you helped solve, your contributions, and customer impact 
  • Experience working on financial products 
  • Experience collaborating in Figma or similar design tools
  • Experience leading complex projects with minimal direction

Compensation: $120,000 - $155,000 annually
