Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, macOS, Office 365, and internal applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees and equipment setup
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and upgrades
- Respond to IT tickets in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and remote support tools
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA golf hit A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Jira)
- Exposure to cloud platforms and basic cybersecurity practices
