We are expanding our content library—tool descriptions, tutorials, blog posts, help docs, and long-form resources—and we’re looking for a skilled content writer who understands digital tools, SEO writing, and user-focused content.
Role Overview
As a Content Writer at TextToolz, you will create high-quality, clear, and engaging content for our tools and website. This includes tool pages, microcopy, blog articles, guides, FAQs, and updates.
You will work closely with our product and SEO teams to improve clarity, user experience, and organic traffic.
Responsibilities
  • Write clear, accurate descriptions for TextToolz tools
  • Create tutorials and how-to guides for tools like
    • Title Capitalizer
    • Wingdings Translator
    • Reverse Text Generator
    • URL Encoder
    • Random Word Generator
  • Produce SEO-friendly long-form content (800–2000 words)
  • Update outdated content based on feature changes
  • Ensure consistent tone, simplicity, and clarity across the platform
  • Work with the design/SEO team to optimize formatting, headings, and metadata
  • Research competitors and improve content depth & authority
  • Contribute ideas for new content formats (cheatsheets, tool documentation, glossary pages)
Requirements
  • 1–4 years of writing experience (SEO, SaaS, tech, or productivity tools preferred)
  • Top-tier grammar & clarity
  • Ability to turn technical features into simple user-friendly explanations
  • Excellent research skills
  • Experience with keyword research (bonus)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Passion for writing tools, software, utilities, or productivity workflows

Compensation: 1000-2500
