Job Purpose
TechMotion PowerSystems is seeking a motivated, results-oriented professional to join as a Production Supervisor. This role involves leading and supporting the production team to meet quality, safety, environmental, and operational targets while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce and promote workplace safety policies and follow up on any identified hazards.
- Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Encourage environmental awareness and adherence to sustainability initiatives.
- Execute emergency response procedures correctly.
- Conduct process audits and ensure team leaders perform audits for their areas.
- Monitor production performance, safety, and quality reports.
- Keep production boards updated accurately and promptly.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage team scheduling.
- Identify training needs and provide operational guidance to team members.
- Rotate personnel to build versatile, multifunctional teams.
- Support problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects using lean techniques (5S, TPM, etc.).
- Handle conflict resolution and support positive team dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a production supervisory role or similar.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, workplace safety, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required by production schedules.
